I am Unique Campaign - 2023 Video Series
Recruitment is highly competitive in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, and we needed to create a communications and PR campaign that could define our unique brand, encourage job seekers to apply, while resonating with our demographically younger workforce who valued authenticity, inclusion, and individual expression.
This led to the roll-out of the “i am Unique” campaign, which ran throughout 2023, and had a two-fold purpose. One, to position the company as the one BPO that embraces out of the box thinking and uniqueness. Two, to celebrate itel’s diverse, multi-country, multicultural team by featuring everyday employees in external and internal marketing communications, such as videos and social media.
Our production team flew to our international locations, to meet the people behind the organization, and to capture the stories of real, everyday ‘itelers’. Videos were shot on location at our various sites across the Caribbean and Latin America, to showcase the natural beauty and unique culture of each location. Footage was then edited and branded with the itel color palette and design elements, as well as light animated touches to give it the uniquely vibrant and Caribbean feel for which itel is known.
We then strategically deployed sequenced messaging through a variety of social media channels, online ads, radio, and TV spots on local stations, using regional social media influencers to amplify and promote content and upcoming job fairs.
